For any initiative to enjoy lasting success, it has to be sustainable. What India needs today are entrepreneurs who keep a firm eye on sustainability; not only is it necessary for their venture, but for our planet as well. Hence economic aspirations need to necessarily be balanced by environmental as well as social responsibilities. Entrepreneurship, in today's context, can well flourish within the environs of a larger organizational setup, bringing us to the exciting possibilities of intrapreneurship. Think like an entrepreneur, act like one, take onus, yet mitigate risks. That is the need of the hour, for far reaching, sustainable development of our generation and that of generations to come. |
